This morning
Ran 3 miles before breakfast this morning. Not a fast run, because the roads and pavements were icy (it was just below freezing) so I had to take care and look carefully where I was putting my feet - the last thing I want at the moment is to slip and break something. A good run, though - the morning was gloriously clear and the sun was just rising.
Then home to a breakfast of hot pains au chocolat and freshly ground hazelnut coffee, accompanied by a leisurely perusal of the Sunday paper. A good way to start the day :-)
