Running away

Been reading running websites, looking at half marathon training schedules, and I just want to get out there right now and run, dammit!

I've started my Great North training, breaking myself in gently because I've got plenty of time to go (the run is in September). I'm doing some road stuff, and some treadmill work - the treadmill is easier than the road, although I read somewhere today that if I set the treadmill to a 1 percent gradient then that will even things up.

And I was amused to see on one running forum that quite a lot of people were recommending Rammstein as the perfect music to run to! I shall have to give it a try at the gym tonight.

I can *really* see why Rammstein would work for running and working out... Actually, have you seen Lilya forever? There's a Rammmstein song playing out at the beginning and end when Lilya is running through the streets...

I could send you a fic in 'Operation Life' I've already written but is unedited, where Alex & Tom are using Rammstein for running. :-)
