Out for 10k at 0615.
A cool and somewhat blustery morning with intermittent rain showers - actually very good weather for running. Scraps of rainwashed blue sky, two vividly bright rainbows, a windblown flock of ragged rooks foraging across a ploughed field, and hedgerows loaded heavy with shiny berries and rosehips. A good morning and a good run :-)
