Running
Out at 0615 for 5 miles.
One of those still gray mornings when the light takes ages to come up and seems to seep into the world really slooooowly.
Determined that I wouldn't look at the Garmin until I heard the 8km beep - I've a slight head cold and really needed to listen to what my body was telling me about how hard to run rather than what the timer was telling me I should do. Ended up running a medium pace run that I really enjoyed :-)
