Out at 0700 for 10 miles.
Cold morning for here: -3.7C/25F. I don't think my muscles liked it - although the run never felt at all hard, I definitely felt very uncoordinated. Did a cul-de-sac run because I wasn't entirely sure I'd got the clothing right - figured that it would be a good idea to stay near enough to home to dive in for another layer if I was too cold. As it was, found myself in that annoying state where the hat on was too hot but the hat off was too cold. Oh well.
Neverthless, a glorious morning to be out there :)
