Out for 8 miles at 0700.
Bright and crisp out there this morning (half a degree below freezing - yet I saw bees in the garden just yesterday) which meant beautiful scenery but slippery pavements (sidewalks).
Something came right and I ran the last 3 km considerably faster than the preceding ones, feeling strong and fluid. So I'm happy and glad to be alive :)
