Out for 6k at 0530.
Fell for the first time since I started running 'seriously'. Not a bad fall - I caught my foot on a kerb and went down, suffering a scraped shin and a sore palm, but nothing worse. At least at that time of the morning there's no one around to see!
Other than that, a lovely, bright morning, with incredible birdsong :-)
