Out for 5k at 1030.
A lot cooler today than previously this week, and last night's heavy rain has washed all the dust off everything. I ran a couple of circuits of the Country Park - a wonderful place at the moment, lush and green, starred with dog roses, and with that fecund earthy rainforest smell thanks to the rain. Lots of wildlife there, too, today - rabbits galore, chiff chaffs, blackcap warblers, green woodpeckers, long-tailed tits, great crested grebes and much more.
