My last 'serious' trip was when I was 5 months pg with DS, 6.5 years ago. I jumped into a large hole in the streamway, and as the cold water hit me DS gave me the most enormous kick as if to say "Oy, what do you think you're doing?".

I miss it terribly sometimes. And cavers are some of my favourite people :-)
