Out for 12.5 km (just over 7.5 miles) at 1015.
Longest run since January, out over the fields, through a couple of nearby villages, then back along another field track. Took it slow (OK, very slow) but felt good all the way. (Technically, of course, it's not slow, it's 'aerobic base building'...) And such a lovely day to run - bright but not too hot.
