Bleah

At home sick today (really sick, vomiting and stuff, not just 'oh, I feel a little under the weather, better stay at home just in case, and what a coincidence, I can watch the TT EE at the same time' sick). Don't know if it's a tummy bug or something I ate, but it's not nice.

And my TT EE didn't arrive yesterday - praying it will arrive today so that I can watch it to alleviate my misery.

What is Zwieback?

Poor Azz! {{hugs}}

I started feeling sick last night, wanted to vomit. Had a terrible night and I'm sitting at work feeling shaky and nauseous.

Of course, I do have Crohn's Disease, which today is making my stomach run (have spent half the day in the loo), but I don't think it's that that is causing the nausea. Crohn's nausea is somehow.. different.

Difficult to explain. It's THE best thing I can think of when feeling sick. I always have some here in England, I buy bags of it every time I go visit. Take a look at their English web site:

Brandt Zwieback (http://www.brandt-zwieback.de/english/index.htm)

Thanks for the link. I recognise some of these products from Lidl. Which is the product you're looking at - rusks?

Yes, it's rusks. Hey, I just learned a new word! :-)

Ha ha. Kids in South Africa are brought up on Ouma's Rusks. They get their very first rough rusk to gnaw on when they're teething. We recently found The Bok Shop in London which sells all sorts of things we miss from SA, and Ouma's Rusks were right up there on the list.
