I have a surfeit of tequila but a dearth of gin. And as tequila is for serious drinking (or Margaritas) it Will Not Do for a civilised pre-prandial aperatif :(

Roast chicken for dinner, with roast potatoes, roast parsnips (from our garden) and the first of the home-grown purple sprouting broccoli. It smells *soooo* good...
