More finale speculation

Apparently the Wo Fat/Yakuza/Federal employee thing relates to 2.22, not the finale. So I guess it's not Lori who dies. Given that Fryer and Billy Baldwin's character are both back in the finale, maybe it's Fryer who gets offed?
