The Hobbit

Went and saw The Hobbit this afternoon - really enjoyed it, and particularly loved what they've done with the dwarves, but felt that there was a little too much "We did this last time, so let's do another variation of it this time round", plus rather too many action/fighting scenes. I'd have liked a bit more dwarvish character development instead.

Could have lived without Radagast and his bunnies entirely, can't *wait* to see more of Smaug, and Aidan Turner is still really hot even when he's playing a dwarf :)

I actually find Aidan Turner hotter as a dwarf than when he's out of costume! I wonder if there's something wrong with me? LOL.
