Fowlmere

Took at trip to Fowlmere RSPB reserve on Sunday, in need of escape from the house and food for my soul. A beautiful place, full of birds (although most of the warblers were more easily heard than seen) and not full of people. Just what I was after.

Our Lupins are coming into full flower, and (touch wood) no sign of the dreaded Lupin Aphid yet.

Running

Out for 7k at 1900.

Running group run. A slow run, but enjoyable - ran with my neighbour and chatted most of the way. It helped her round, and helped time and distance fly for me.
