Out for 5 km at 0630.
Morning run in Basel, down through the Marktplatz and along the Rhine. Felt fuzzy and like it was going to be hard work when I started (still feeling my legs from Monday's long cycle ride), but ended up running a bit faster than recently (!) and feel so much better for it now :)
