Socks!

Finally finished the latest pair of socks - about time too, given the holes that are developing in some of the older pairs (darning will only get you so far...). Yarn is a hand-died one that I bought off the Internet ages ago, can't remember the details.

It did, didn't it? The best thing about this wool is that when I bought it, it was in a skein and needed winding into a ball, so I really couldn't guess how it was going to come out.

I've already cast on the next pair.

I seem to knit socks when not feeling too depressed, so this current sock knitting phase is a good sign :-)
