Running
Out for 10 km at 0945.
The weather forecast promised heat today, so after dealing with a few minor admin things I headed out early-ish to try and get my distance in before the cloud cleared. Ran over the fields to the neighbouring village, then along back lanes to the next village and back across the fields. The sun broke through at about 7 km, and the last km felt hard - but then, when you're increasing distance that's about right, you should be able to run the bulk of it fairly easily and then have to push yourself to make the extra distance.
