Stay calm and keep breathing...

Right now I have too much life and not enough time...

Work, writing, sailing, studying... oh, and I suppose I've got to fit the family stuff in somewhere too?

Being busy is good, right?

Yep, it's good. :)

My writing and family stuff collides when my 20 month old runs up and hits the "delete" button on my laptop. Oy.

You wait - my 11 y.o. rang me at work today demanding to know where my laptop was... that would be MY laptop, honey, and I've got it with me so that I can watch Friday's SPN in my lunch hour, so tough sh*t (or words to that effect...).

Oh cripes! Well, mine is just now getting adepts at stealing things and yelling MINE ( or his new favorite word, "NO!") so I guess it's only a mater of years before my laptop goes missing too.

as long it is not too frantic for too long. At some point there should be rest and reward, if only to recharge.

It's particularly hectic right now because two people are out at work so I'm deputising both up and down (as well as doing my own job), plus the next couple of weekends are taken up with sailing (training next weekend, first qualifying race the weekend after) so I've no spare 'making up' time. Still, sailing will be physically demanding but mentally a complete change, so that will be good :)

whilst the expression "a change is as good as rest' does not quite cut it, it still can be amazing what can be done in a short amount of time. My sister and I might be packing up belonging and moving in 10 days, still in the same town but agggh. We live in a town with 1% vacancy rate. Funny I just discovered that my town has the highest rate of entropanaurs in Canada. huh. that does explain why the are 11 free standing coffee shops in town. Not including restaurents.
