azziriaCycled to work and back, 34 km (21 miles). Knocked a full 5 minutes off my best time so far, although my legs can feel it now!
Beautiful view of a Barn Owl as I cycled through the nature reserve - it was hunting alongside the track, and settled on a fence post. It sat there until I almost reached it and then flapped away across the path.
