Notes to self:

• When having post-run shower, do not turn water temperature to cold instead of turning shower off.
  
  
• Plastic tubs of sugar should not be placed on heated cooker rings :-(
  
  
• Try concentrating on the here and now rather than daydreaming about sailing.
