Achieving things

Looking back over some old posts, I came across this one from the first week in October last year.

I've actually done all three of these things! We went to Cornwall for my birthday and New Year, I've signed up for the Great North Run, and I'm about to spend a week sailing.

For some reason I am inordinately pleased that I have achieved something I said I would do :-)

Oscar nomination

Johnny got an Oscar nomination! *does happy dance*

How is he ever going to square this with his non-mainstream views?
