Retail therapy
Mar. 18th, 2004 12:56 pmApparently shopping gets you fit.
DH (waving credit card bill): "And why exactly did you spend so much money in Lush/the bookstore/(insert other retail outlet as applicable)?"
"All for the sake of my health, dearest one."
*strokes credit card lovingly*

It's a mystery
Mar. 18th, 2004 02:43 pmI'm still sleeping well, and I don't know why (I'm not worried about this, you understand, I'd just like to know what's different so that I can keep on doing it).
The other thing is, I haven't been waking up with backache. Now, the lack of backache may be why I'm sleeping better, but in that case, why has my back not been aching? I'm sitting in the same chairs, doing the same work, sleeping on the same mattress. I have been exercising a bit more (the start of training for the Great North Run), but I've exercised like this before and not achieved better sleep. So I've really no idea what's going on.
I just hope it continues!
