Out at 0630 this morning for 5 km.
As I was tiptoeing along the landing to get my running gear, DS stuck his head out of his room and demanded to know how far I was going to run, and could he come too?
Given that I know he can run 5 km, and that (under village fun run conditions!) he can actually run it faster than me, I said yes. So we headed out for an easy run on a dark damp morning (DS was very excited about running in the dark, because he never has). Lovely to have his company :-)
