Birthday run for me this morning - another year older but feeling pretty good for it :-)
Ran an out-and-back run along the Cape Cod rail trail cycle path this morning - just beautiful. Only wildlife was squirrels and birds - but of course even the common birds are new for me, coming from the UK. Cardinals just can't be real...
