How come yesterday, when you weren't allowed out, you sat by the cat flap and yelled blue murder at me every time I went anywhere near the back door, and yet today, when you could go out anytime you liked, you refused to pop so much as a whisker out of doors unless I went out there too?

(OK, I get it, it's the old 'cats have staff' thing, isn't it? I evidently need to Know My Place...)

Ran while DD was at training. A good run :-)

Saw my first Xmas lights in the window of someone's house. And it's not even December yet.
