I have fresh asparagus and sweet, juicy English strawberries for lunch :-)

And the good news is...

The toe is not broken, thank goodness. It's merely (merely!) badly sprained and will recover with rest.

So can anybody tell me how exactly I make a super-fit, sports-mad 11-year-old boy sit still and rest?
