Running

Out for 6 km at 0630.

Managed to get my run in before it got too hot - beautifully sunny here today. Then went swimming with the family before a late breakfast out on the stoop.

A slight miscalculation

It would be just as well, when engaging in paw fencing through the back of the chair, to remember that Milly is still small enough to wriggle through the back of said chair and jump on your head. Then maybe you wouldn't be so horrified when it happens.
