What's up, Doc?
Sep. 15th, 2009 01:20 pmBoth Max and Milly have been distinctly out of sorts these last few days. Specifically, over Saturday, Sunday and Monday neither touched their food, both were utterly silent, and they sat around looking all hunched up and miserable. Max even ignored tuna, a sure sign that something was wrong.
The vet says it doesn't seem to be anything physically wrong, and is more likely to be behavioural. But nothing has changed here at home, and we know of no reason why they'd both be so affected. None of us has noticed any new cats (or loose dogs) around the area or anything like that.
Still, something pretty big must have gone down for them to be affected so strongly.
However, this morning Max woke DS by yelling outside his bedroom window, then bounced all over everything when he was let in, and got exceedingly excited when the open tuna can was waved near his nose. Plus, he's chirruping at Milly again. So it looks like things are headed back towards normal, thank goodness.
