Out for 6.5 km at 0900-ish this morning.
Set out to do the Parkrun this morning, but DD started feeling sick so we pulled up after a kilometre. DH and DS completed (DS with a PB, despite the heat!), then I ran home along the busway and through the Rec. Seriously too hot, though.
