Out for 5 km-ish at 0700.
Out round the Country Park with the kids, running the Parkrun course for DD's benefit (she's nervous about doing Parkrun after being ill when she tried it the other week). Beautiful in the Country Park this morning, no-one there but us and a couple of anglers - and loads of fat wild rabbits, plus one fox :-)
