Out for 8.1 km (5 miles) at 1745.
Recovery run (how I love that I'm running far enough again to be able to call a 5-miler a recovery run!) - keeping it loose through the arms and shoulders, strong in the core muscles, and moving forward easy-paced, feeling good :)
Also, had my final induction session at the gym at lunchtime, so now I'm set up for building some strength in preparation for Fastnet training in the Spring.
