Running (or, I might just possibly be insane)

I'm dedicating this one to linaelyn, mostly because she won't be able to run herself for a while, but also because I couldn't help thinking how much nicer it would have been to run in California this morning...

Out for 13 km (just over 8 miles) at 0700.

Brass monkey weather out there this morning - it was 6 degrees below freezing when I headed out, and still 5.5 degrees below when I got back (so that was 8 miles at more than 5 degrees below - see what I mean about insanity?). Still, it needed doing - I didn't run on Friday because I felt a little off, and I won't be able to run on Tuesday because I have a business trip.
