Ouch, that hurt, both lungs and legs. I really, really wish I could shake this chest thing and be well again :(
(And yes, I know I probably shouldn't be even trying to run, but I need the stress relief - it's Catch 22 here, I probably shouldn't run as it might make the chest thing worse, but if I don't run I can't handle the stress I'm under right now and because I'm stressed I'm not recovering from the chest thing.)
