Only a short run, but at least I ran. I feel very unfit at the moment, and am horribly aware that our annual family 5 km-before-Christmas-Day-breakfast run looms - I can live with being the slowest, but there are limits! Plus, there's North Wales (yay! for mountains!) at New Year, so I need to be a bit fitter.
