It was a 55-200mm zoom lens, then the pic was cropped and tweaked in Photoshop - I can't remember exactly, but it looks as though I overlaid a blurred duplicate layer and then erased it where I wanted the sharp focus, plus darkened it a little around the edges to throw attention onto the berries a bit more.
