Out for 8.1 km (5 miles) at 0730.

First run of the year, and a foggy one. So not much scenery to speak of, but it did allow me to focus on some stuff I needed to think through, so all good :)

I love those runs where I get some high quality, thinking-things-through time. Hope you were able to find your path ahead with some clarity, assisted by the fog. ;-D
