Feeling good

I must be recovered from my half marathon - went out this morning in the rain and ran the fastest 4 miles I've ever done.

Then I stood in the garden in the torrential downpour and just enjoyed the feeling of the rain on my face. A moment of peace and reflection. Special.

Congrats on your half marathon! I walked one a couple of years ago and have been trying to work in training for another one ever since (not so successfully - yet.) I just kept thinking - hm, I was in labor for longer than it will take me to complete this walk - my very own "I think I can."
