Oh I do love to be beside the seaside, chapter 2

Family outing to the Suffolk coast (Thorpeness) today. Lots of fun had by all, especially on the boating lake which has islands you can land on, with model crocodiles, pirate's lairs etc (all of which have been there since DH was a boy, but which the kids loved).

We also have a large number of 'interesting' stones gathered by the children. Plus bits of dead crab, and a fish vertebra.
