Out for 10.23 km (just over 6 miles) at 1800.
Running through the dark and the wind with the Prodigy on the Shuffle, lamb and mint pie waiting for me in the oven, and the prospect of new Hawaii Five-0 to watch on the laptop later. Life is good this evening :)
