Out for 10.23 km (just over 6 miles) at 1800.

Running through the dark and the wind with the Prodigy on the Shuffle, lamb and mint pie waiting for me in the oven, and the prospect of new Hawaii Five-0 to watch on the laptop later. Life is good this evening :)

Sadly, I can't help you, because this one came from the local farm shop deli. We've worked through the chicken and leek, chicken and bacon, and steak and stilton pies, and we've only the game pie to go now before we cycle through them again.
