azziriaMy OU DVD software refused to run properly. The guy on the helpdesk talked to me as though I was an idiot. 'Was I sure that I'd installed the most up-to-date versions of the various bits of software needed?'. Yes, mate, I am sure.
The joke (and irritation) of it is, it turns out that the DVD won't run properly because I'm running a more up-to-date version of the software. So I've had to uninstall the up-to-date version and go backwards in time for the duration of this section of the course. Gah!
