Ok, so I've just finished knitting my clogs and I've taken a deep breath and bunged them in the washing machine to felt them.

*crosses fingers and prays that it works OK*

I would guess they would shrink quite a bit? Good luck!

Ooh, cool! They look like they'll be SO comfortable. And I bet they *will* fit after the first round of washing! If not, you can take further steps to shrink/felt them further. Shocking the wool with huge temperature changes - from boiling water to a plunge into ice water, for example - does a bang-up job of shrinking and felting.
