Out for 6 km at 1910.
Ran while DD was at soccer training. How come some runs, you have to fight it all the way (like last Monday), whereas others (like tonight), seem smooth and easy and as if you could run twice as far as normal?

I'd love to know that too. Sometimes I go to gym after a break of weeks, and I really perform, while other times it's a painful experience...
