Some people like their butties with lots of bacon and lashings of tomato or brown sauce; personally I prefer the naked bacon approach: no butter, no sauce, just crispy bacon between two pieces of bread. Washing it down with a glass of cold milk makes it even better (although traditionally, of course, it should be washed down with a large mug of strong tea).
In fact, even though I've just had my dinner, I'm salivating just thinking of it!
