My first run since our Christmas Day 5k (snow, ice, and a general lack of oomph has meant that I haven't been out so far this year). I intended to run a couple of miles (3.2 km) but felt good and eventually ran 5 km (just over 3 miles), so I'm feeling pretty upbeat right now :-)
