The background is a mix of a couple of cloudscape brushes, a photo of some rough cardboard inverted and overlaid, and a texture brush I made from a photo I took of a Sweet Chesnut tree (a brush for use in a banner that went with an article on black squirrels that I wrote for the village newspaper a while back).
I really like the way you mixed it all together and made a really cool background from it. You = creative... which is a mark of a good artsy-type person (I hate the word "artist", please excuse my sidestepping with terms).
Mind if I ask where you found that great clock? I am really taken it with it and I like to incorporate clocks and such in my pieces on occasion, so I'm always on the lookout. If it's your own private/personal stock then no worries. :)
The clock is from a brush set I acquired on a CD that came with a Photoshop magazine a couple of years back - I'd be happy to share the file with you, I'll dig it out when I get home this evening.
