If you ring me on a bad line from an Indian call centre, tell me your name is John and that I've downloaded something on my computer that will harm it, I'm afraid I'm not going to switch said computer on and follow your instructions to 'fix the problem'. Seriously?

...people come into the library that would fall for that. They are always trying to get info on the latest scams cause they think they are real ways to make money.
