Good news!

The owner of the little black cat just came to pick her up, with very relieved small daughter in tow. Seems they've just moved into the village and both their cats are still finding their way around.

I've taken her number, though, just in case we get a repeat visit.

Yay! That's good news. Very wise of you to have taken her number, since your little visitor knows where good food is to be found, Piffle's objections notwithstanding. *grin*
